James R. Ball II
Jim Ball has over forty years of experience as an international development management consultant and financial advisor. Until 2004, as vice president, director and manager of international engineering and management consulting firms, Jim focused on building professional teams and managing programs to improve non-profit and government organizations throughout the United States and 40 countries around the world. Jim has extensive experience in dealing with officials at all levels of government and financial institutions, especially in planning, designing and implementing public works programs, organizational management programs, financial budgeting and accounting systems, and related human resource development and training programs. Since 2004, as a financial advisor and certified special needs advisor with Merrill Lynch, he has focused on planning and financial management for companies, families and individuals, many of whom are affected by Alzheimer’s and aging issues. A former Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, Jim has continued volunteer activities in boards, committees and staff roles over the years with numerous organizations, ranging from St. Albans’s Episcopal Church to Christ Child Institute and Congressional CC.
