Scot Marken, Chief Executive Officer
Scot Marken has more than two decades of experience building and leading mission-driven organizations. Over the last seven years, Scot has specialized in transitioning established healthcare non-profits with long-serving CEOs in new strategic directions. Scot most recently served as CEO of the Jewish Foundation for Group Homes, a $16M disability services provider with a national reputation. He developed and implemented a strategic plan that created new service models, expanded corporate partnerships, and diversified revenue. Scot previously served as CEO of the $6M mental health organization EveryMind, where he expanded the organization’s geographical footprint, increased its public profile, and grew its budget. Before moving into the healthcare space, Scot spent much of his career leading and founding organizations that encouraged volunteerism and philanthropy, including Donors Forum of South Florida, Coalescence, Inc., and Hands on Miami.
