Colleen is a 20-year veteran in the long term care industry. As a Certified Memory Impairment Specialist, she has worked with companies such as The Veterans’ Administration, HCR-ManorCare, Sun West Management, The Alzheimer’s Association, and Brookdale Senior Living, to develop, train and implement services and programs to meet the special needs of those with cognitive impairment. Colleen uses her own vast personal experiences, mixed with compassion and humor in her trainings for professional and family caregivers.
