X-WR-CALDESC:The Mind and Body Workshop provides innovative interventions f
 or families who have an early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or another 
 memory impairment. The workshop is a 4 session program series for both the
  care partner and the early stage individual to participate\, promoting so
 cial engagement and peer support\, while adjusting to life with a new diag
 nosis. \n\n<h6>Building Hope Session</h6>\nThis session will be offered we
 ekly at Insight Memory Care Center - Sterling from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. All pa
 rticipants will need to provide proof of vaccination before the first sess
 ion. Each session will be limited to 8 couples\, both to allow for social 
 distancing\, but the small group also fosters connection and allows everyo
 ne time to participate! Session activities include:\n\n<strong>March 1</st

  Diagnosis (Care Partners)\; Family Feud game (Participants)\n\n<strong>Ma

  Partners)\; Legacy Writing Activity (Participants)\n\nRegistration is req
 uired\; there is a short application and assessment process for the progra
