 memory impairment. The workshop is a 4 session program series for both the
  care partner and the early stage individual to participate\, promoting so
 cial engagement and peer support\, while adjusting to life with a new diag
 nosis. \n\n<h6>Healthy Living Session</h6>\nThis session will be offered w
 eekly at Insight Memory Care Center - Sterling from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. All p
 articipants will need to provide proof of vaccination before the first ses
 sion. Each session will be limited to 8 couples\, both to allow for social
  distancing\, but the small group also fosters connection and allows every

 ions: Coping with Stress (Care Partners)\; Weird & Wonderful Diets (Partic
 ipants)\n\n<strong>March 28</strong>\nGroup Activity: It's All Fun & Games
 \nBreakout Sessions: Seeking Joy (Care Partners)\; Tips for Daily Life (Pa
 rticipants)\n\nRegistration is required\; there is a short application and
  assessment process for the program to ensure a good fit for both the care
