 n\, MD\, FACC\, FACP </i>\n\nHenry Tran is a board certified cardiologist 
 and Assistant Professor of Medical Education (UVa.). He has over 20 years 
 of experience in medicine. He is CEO of Sana Research which is an independ
 ent clinical trials site dedicated to neurological and cardiovascular dise
 ase trials. Dr. Tran is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and
  the American College of Physicians. He has received awards for his teachi
 ng and been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Washingtonian Magazine. \n\nDr. T
 ran is committed to community service and humanitarian work. He was volunt
 eered on several medical missions in Vietnam throughout the TranTien Found
 ation.  He also currently serves on the board of Insight.\n\nDr. Tran grew
  up in McLean\, Va. He majored in History at the University of Virginia an
 d then received his medical degree from Georgetown University. He complete
 d his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship at
  NYU. In his spare time\, Dr. Tran enjoys playing tennis\, cooking\, and r
 unning after his toddler.
