  using Allen Cognitive Levels and Model\n\n(b) apply CPI’s Crisis Developm
 ent Model℠ to prevent and de-escalate distress behaviors and\n\n(c) suppor
 t families.\n\nThis course is a hybrid format. Learners must complete a 4-
 hour online class prior to the in-person class. After you complete this re
 gistration\, you will receive an email from crisisprevention.com to start 
 the online class.\n\nIn person portion details: April 13 from 8:30-12:30 a

 ants will earn the Dementia Capable Care Specialist Credential (DCCS). You
