 Dementia Practitioner\nAs a former family caregiver\, Nicole understands f
 irsthand the complexity involved navigating care options and resources. Ni
 cole founded Dementia Care Connections to offer support services to family
  caregivers and health professionals by providing education\, consultation
 s\, activity visits\, options for care and resources needed to improve and
  maintain the quality of life for individuals living with dementia. She ha
 s over 18 years experience working in healthcare\, including 10 years in t
 he field of aging and 8 years directly in Dementia Care in memory care com
 munities throughout the metro area.
