 te effectively with the individual with dementia\, as well as their family
  members.\n\n<strong><em>Virtual Dementia Tour (optional bonus!)</em></str
 ong>\n<em>11:30 am - 1:00 pm</em>\nIf you haven’t experienced the Virtual 
 Dementia Tour\, we invite you to stay for this additional training! The Vi
 rtual Dementia Tour (VDT) is designed to help simulate the effects of deme
 ntia. The VDT enables you to experience the physical and mental challenges
  those with dementia face\, helping you better understand the person with 
 dementia and use the experience to provide better person-centered care.\n
 \nCost for the workshop is $30 per person. Certificates of completion will
  be provided for all course participants. There is a limit of 15 participa
 nts for this workshop\, so register soon!\n\n<strong>Presenter:</strong>\n
 Lindsey Vajpeyi\, Insight Memory Care Center\nLindsey has worked to provid
 e quality educational programs to the community\, and provide support\, re
 sources\, and education to those in need. She currently holds an Activity 
 Director Certification\, EssentiALZ Dementia Advanced Care certification\,
  and a Master Trainer certification with the Best Friends Approach to Deme
 ntia Care. She is the Director of Education and Outreach at Insight Memory
  Care Center\, a nonprofit adult day health and resource center. \n\n\n
