Meditation for Care Partners
Join us on the first and third Wednesday of each month as we take time for ourselves - with gifts that can give all year long! Each session will include a discussion of a specialized topic with specific techniques, followed by a 30 minute meditation to see results.
Elizabeth Pan, a former caregiver of a loved one with dementia, has many years of teaching meditation. She is excited to help caregivers use the tools they learn in this series throughout the year!
