A Social Gathering for Families Living with Memory Loss
Memory cafés are an opportunity for care partners and their loved one with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or in the early to early mid-stage of their dementia journey to meet with others for support, companionship, and fun! The program provides structured activities to promote reminiscence, cognition, and engagement. There is also time to share in conversation and get to know others in a safe, supportive environment.

Insight Memory Cafés
Most cafés meet monthly with different themes and activities offered each session. To ensure we have space and program supplies for each participant, we ask that you please register in advance. Falls Church Arts
This group is offered in partnership between Insight and The Kensington Falls Church. Insight staff will lead engaging brain games during the 2nd Friday session, and Sally Evans, Falls Church Arts Instructor will lead arts activities during the 4th Friday session.

Sentimental Journey Singers
A community-based choir featuring a combination of familiar and new songs; this program is designed for singers with early to mid-stage cognitive change, their care partners and other community members. Offered in partnership with Encore Creativity for Older Adults.
