Make Confident Medical Decisions for your Loved One with Memory Impairment! Everyday Dr. Lamb cares for a person living with dementia in the ER. She has developed a course to teach caregivers what they need to know, in plain English, about the medical issues their person is most likely to face and then how these conditions are treated. They then turn this knowledge into a written treatment plan made for their person for making medical decisions.

In 10 quick lessons, you will learn about self-care, and the important role it plays in our mental, emotional and physical health. You will also gain new skills and tools to increase your confidence as a caregiver.

The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease (WWE) program is designed to help people living with arthritis better manage their pain and is also ideal for people without arthritis who want to make walking a regular habit. Led by a certified Arthritis Foundation Peer Leader, this program has been shown to reduce pain and increase balance and walking pace. The six weeks WWE program, participants are encouraged to walk three times a week.
