Understanding and Caring for a Person with Dementia
Caregivers must be able to understand a behavior and successfully interpret the message to allow an individual to communicate their needs. Strategies for communication will be discussed.
This program is a part of our ongoing Classes for Caregivers series. All sessions are FREE, and held the third Wednesday of each month from 1:30 to 3:00 pm and repeated on the first Saturday of the following month from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Respite care may be available by request; please notify us when registering.
