SHARE is a research-tested program developed by dementia experts to help families in the early stages of dementia plan for the future. Learn how the program can help you with communication, building a support network, and making more informed decisions about care.
This program is a part of our ongoing Classes for Caregivers series. These workshops, to cover specific topics in greater detail, are FREE, and held the second Thursday of each month from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Respite care may be available by request; please notify us when registering.
