Meet Me: Community Outings are free and provide to individuals living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or early-stage memory loss, along with a care partner, family member, or friend, the opportunity to stay active, connected, and engaged in the community in a safe and supportive environment.
Join us for an afternoon of:

- Delicious food
- Social connection
- New friendships and shared experiences
These outings are designed for both the diagnosed individual and their care partner or companion to participate together while meeting others navigating similar journeys.
