Meet Me: Community Outings are free and provide to individuals living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or early-stage memory loss, along with a care partner, family member, or friend, the opportunity to stay active, connected, and engaged in the community in a safe and supportive environment.
Join us for an afternoon of hands-on candle-making class! This is a wonderful opportunity to explore your creativity, learn something new, and make your own unique candle to take home. Enjoy connecting with friends, meeting new people, and sharing a relaxing and memorable experience together. We look forward to spending a delightful time creating, connecting, and making memories as a community!
These outings are designed for both the diagnosed individual and their care partner or companion to participate together while meeting others navigating similar journeys.
