What is person-centered care? It’s a simple concept - taking the individual’s preferences, needs, and values into account in providing care. But how do we truly put that into practice and reconnect with someone with dementia?

Come and learn ways to keep your loved one active and engaged in personalized activities, such as music & memory or multi-sensory engagement, and tips for making each day a little more personalized — from everyday activities to taking a vacation!

This program is a part of our ongoing Classes for Caregivers series. All sessions are FREE, and held the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Respite care may be available by request; please notify us when registering.

"I like the people, the programs, the support, the knowledge I gained as caregiver. That my wife flourished (and was improving, I thought) while she participated."
