Caregiving can be meaningful—but it can also be exhausting and overwhelming. We’ll explore who caregivers are, the many roles they take on, and how caregiving can affect emotional, physical, and mental well-being. If you are a Caregiver, especially for a loved one with dementia, please join us. Taking care of yourself is or upmost importance. Participants will learn why self-care is essential, common barriers that make it difficult, and practical strategies for stress relief. The session will also highlight the value of respite care and share helpful resources that can support caregivers along the way.
