As a caregiver it is likely you will make health care and financial decisions for your loved one. Learn what documents loved ones need to put in place and why, does the age of the documents matter, and what happens if the documents fail or cannot be drafted.

This program is a part of the The Fairfax Caregiver Seminar Consortium Fall 2016 Series, which offers seminars designed to help family caregivers of older adults or adults with a disability manage their day-to-day issues. Speakers include experts in law, care management, finances and community resources. The events take place at locations throughout the Fairfax area. Please join us for information, resources, and networking with other caregivers.
