Workshop: Compassion Fatigue
Many experience compassion fatigue through the emotionally charged and stressful experience of caregiving. Learn the symptoms and positive self-care practices to take care of yourself too.
This program is a part of our ongoing Classes for Caregivers series. These workshops, to cover specific topics in greater detail, are FREE, and held the second Thursday of each month from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Respite care may be available by request; please notify us when registering.
